About Me

In 2019, I found my passion for yoga. I was depressed, anxious, and had no sense of self awareness. I decided to take a yoga class at a local gym, and almost instantaneously my mood and spirit was uplifted. I knew this was something I needed to continue to pursue

Shortly after I began taking classes regularly, we were faced with the Coronavirus pandemic and forced to shut everything down. Without a teacher, I was sure that my short lived passion for yoga had come to an end. About a week into quarantine, dealing with a time of such uncertainty, my anxiety and depression began to heighten and I knew I needed to do something about it. I ultimately decided I would practice yoga on my own, and dedicated an hour everyday to practicing through YouTube and online videos to continue to uplift myself. As soon as studios reopened, I began to take in person classes and advanced quickly.

Thanks to my supportive teachers, and family, in October 2020, I was fortunate enough to begin my 200 hour teacher training, and graduated in 2021.

Through yoga I have found my highest self and my greatest sense of purpose. I am beyond grateful to be able to provide a similar experience for others!
